Packaging

The quoted prices are for single item except in the cases when something else is quoted in the description!!!

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or standard mail (slow but cheap) with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Ordering for some products takes much longer, we usually describe this in the details of the product or marked in red. You have to add this time to total shipping time.

Other product need additional time for making (e.g. replacement of clear lenses with dioptric), you have to add approximately 3-5 days to total shipping.

Background order

Most products are on stock, we ship them immediately, BUT:

Some product have long time of backgroud order, which is specifically quoted in the description (usually in red color). You have to add this time to total shipping time.

Guarantee

Guarantee offered by necessary documents and usually quoted on product page.

Return Policy

We use standard return policy.Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of purchase date(for orders outside BG - withing 7 days of reciving date). The shipping cost is for you accourding general rules for good business practice, except for the items with additional guarantee that cover shipping.

In order to return an item you need to:

have item in original condition
if the product is contact lens - you can't return already opened cases
to have original box in mint condition

Warranties

All the warranties are qouted below the product (if no - we're using standard warranties policy) and shall be borne from the trader.All claims for warranty to be routed directly to us.

Warranty is offered by the trade arrangements in the country of the seller !
